Voucher Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before purchasing a VOWCH gift voucher.
Validity Period
Vouchers are valid for the period selected at purchase (1-12 months)
Partial Redemption
Use part of your voucher and save the rest for later visits
No Cash Value
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded after 14 days
Expiry Policy
Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or extended
1. Validity and Expiry
All VOWCH gift vouchers have a validity period that is clearly displayed at the time of purchase. The validity period begins from the date of purchase and cannot be extended once the voucher has been issued.
- Validity periods range from 1 to 12 months, as selected during purchase
- The expiry date is displayed on the voucher and in your digital wallet
- We send reminder emails at 7 days, 3 days, and 1 day before expiry
- Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed, refunded, or reinstated
- It is the voucher holder's responsibility to use the voucher before expiry
2. Redemption
Vouchers can be redeemed at the salon or spa specified on the voucher. To redeem:
- Present your voucher QR code or voucher code at the salon
- The salon will scan or enter the code to validate and apply the voucher
- Partial redemption is supported - any remaining balance stays on the voucher
- You can check your voucher balance anytime in your VOWCH wallet
- Vouchers can only be used at the specified salon, not at other locations
3. Refunds and Cancellations
Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both customers and salon partners:
- Within 14 days: Full refund available if voucher is unused
- After 14 days: No refunds available
- Partially used: No refunds on partially redeemed vouchers
- Expired vouchers: No refunds or extensions available

4. Transferability
VOWCH vouchers are designed as gifts and can be transferred:
- You can send a voucher to anyone with a valid email address
- The recipient will receive the voucher in their VOWCH wallet
- Once transferred, the original purchaser no longer has access to the voucher
- Vouchers cannot be resold or used for commercial purposes
5. Lost or Stolen Vouchers
Digital vouchers are stored securely in your VOWCH account:
- Keep your account credentials secure to protect your vouchers
- If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately
- We cannot replace vouchers that have already been redeemed
- Report any suspicious activity through our support page
6. Salon Responsibilities
Participating salons agree to:
- Honor all valid VOWCH vouchers presented by customers
- Apply voucher value to any services offered at the salon
- Process partial redemptions correctly
- Not charge additional fees for voucher payments
7. Limitations
Please be aware of the following limitations:
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash
- Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other vouchers
- No change will be given if the service cost is less than the voucher value
- Vouchers may not be combined with other promotions unless stated
- Salon availability and services may vary - book in advance
8. Disputes
If you have any issues with your voucher or the service received:
- First, try to resolve the issue directly with the salon
- If unresolved, contact VOWCH support with details of the issue
- We will mediate between you and the salon to find a fair resolution
- Service quality issues are the responsibility of the salon, not VOWCH
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these voucher terms from time to time. Any changes will apply to vouchers purchased after the change date. Vouchers purchased before any changes will be honored under the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
